This category contains song quotes that can be interpreted as factual incorrect, scientifically improbable, or of questionable intelligence.

Despite what one may be led to believe, many entertainers are intelligent.  Is it considered intelligent to shock the public by breaking social boundaries and taboos and garnering free publicity?  Is it considered intelligent to exploit people’s fears, alienations, curiosities, and fantasies to catch their attention and draw them in?  Is it considered intelligent to counter this sensationalism by by adding a human element that people can relate to by pretending that they are charming, sweet, innocent, harmless, and even a victim?  Is it considered intelligent to manipulate the public through calculated efforts and schemes?

Perhaps the real question to consider is whether or not it is considered intelligent to be manipulated out of one's money?
